can the Samsung D500 be used for gps/satellite

I have a 12 satellite gps for the aircraft and wanted to maybe feed it in someway to this phone to get gps and postcode routeing.

I used to feed my data into my compaq aero pda and have it move the cursor up the motorway as you drove.
it was ok but no postcode or street level and the processor and memory were low in this old pda (75mhz cpu and 24meg memory)

I fancy the tomtom system but cannot justify the money
so if i can make up my own cheap system with my 300 quid phone and 300 quid gps i would be a happy man.

or even if i cannot use my current hardare maybe there is a plugin gps/chip for the d500 phone i could use..
or something that i could add cheeply onto my gps for the aircraft that would give me a gps system without having to purchase another pda
