Unhappy car charge lead?

Hi all, first post here...

I'm after a GENUINE Motorola car charge lead for my A1000..one that actually works.
I've bought several from markets/ebay/fone shops/ and none of them will work properly. I plug the fone in and it just shuts itself off...I'm told it's something to do with the voltage input?
Anyway, if anybody has one they'd like to sell me or can point me in the direction to get one, I'd appreciate it.

Cheers,

Rich

It could be a problem with your handset as well. Your best bet is going to be a 3 shop or from motorola themselves if you've tried everything else.

Thank you sir, for that...I have two mains chargers in the house and it charges perfectly well on both of those. One of the chargers is for the wife's C975 and it charges on that with no problem...it also charges perfectly well on the docking station. Most strange...

But thank you, I will visit the local 3 shop and have it checked out.
