Default Spv M700 Help!!!!!!!!

Sorry but I,m new to PDA,s and I,ve made a massive blunder while I was deleting old stuff from my PDA.

Befoe I started to get rid of old stuff I had TomTom............now I hav,nt,I guess I,ve deleted the program.I,ve tried removing the card and re-inserting but no its not having any of it.Theres no icon, infact theres no trace of TomTom anywhere I can see?.Is there a Recycle Bin anywhere?or has the program gone for good?Where can I get the program from as I cant find any discs or paperwork as I guess its been lost when I moved.Any help would be great

PS..............I,m not very good with IT so any step by step would be grand. Thanks

Nope, delete on PDAs is immediate.

Try the sd card recovery tool at pcinspector.de to recover the files.

If just the programs is missing yes. If the maps are gone, and they came pre-loaded on an SD card, then if these and the authorisation file(s) are missing, then you'll need to buy again.

Try the recovery tools I suggested first

Thanks for all the help,as I can see theres loads of bits n bobs relating to TomTom on the card but I cant open them, keeps asking to run an application to read files?????
In Program section (which was where I deleted things)theres nothing!!and if I remember there were 3 programs with letters n numbers ?,well untill I deleted them .......I know............I should be Hung and quartered. In a fit of desperation I transfered everything from the card to my PDA,thinking something might just work.........not a smart move I,m sure.

If I gain a disc for the M600 TomTom can I copy to my PC,then load to my M700?would I need to delete the OE stuff to make room???

Sounds like all you need is the application, providing you no not delete or alter any of the remaining files that were on the SD card.

IIRC you can get the software from the tomtom website. Simply look under support for the latest version 6.***

It's the maps and map authoristation that you pay for - which you should have based on what you have said.
