Default Re-install sofware hp ipaq h6315

Hi guys, I'm new, but a have a big problems. My PDA hp ipaq h6315, has problems with the battery, the indicator shows low battery, even connected to the pc, I buy a new battery, but the problem its not fixed.

One friend, talk me about re-install the software, ok its Windows CE 2003, but I dont now, how install the drivers, or the windows. A guide, or a reference manual exists, for this cases??

Tanks, any help is better that nothing.

Do you mean main battery low, or backup battery?

After a soft reset, what does the device report as the status of each battery?

Battery low 44%, connects it 2 at 4 hours, but it doesn't mark but of 67%, this is the maximun charge.

Where did your new battery come from? If an ebay job, then this could be the issue.

If both batteries do the same, then likely the devices charging circuit. If the old battery is broken, and only the new one gives you this, then you have a defective battery that should be returned to the store.
