HP2210 Can it still be used as Sat-nav?

Have an old HP 2210 with a wired tomtom gps receiver. Can it still be updated and used for sat nav purposes? I realise it is old so can other sat-nav programs be installed?

Tomtom 6 does run on this although there are apparently some issues with memory cards.
