Default HP iPAQ RX5700

Hi there - I wonder if anyone can help me.

I recently purchased the safety camera software from TOMTOM as I have TOMTOM software on my PDA - HPiPAQ RX5700. I have tried to connect my PDA to the computer so I can go into the TOMTOM software & update my PDA with the camera software but the TOMTOM software doesn't see my device. The autoplay box comes up when I plug in the PDA but still the TOMTOM software just doesn't see it.

I'm using Vista - could this be the problem? Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Thanks

Louise

TomTom home only works with v6 or newer.
Simply put the POI files in your maps folder, and when you start TT, you should be able to configure warnings etc.

Its tomtom V6 on the 5700 so home should recognise it.

Which version of tomtom home are you using?

It's version 6.1 on my PDA & version 2.4 of TomTom Home.

5700 and home definitely work with vista so I'm not sure why you're having this problem.

You could try using this version of tomtom home to see if it makes any difference.
