confusion pda symbol pdt 8800

Hi,

i´m from a czech republic...i have a lot of problems with pda symbol 8800 with Microsoft Windows CE 4.10. I dont know how to connect this pda with pc.

1) Because I cant found the version of Active sync installed there on pda?

Another problem is with turnning of this pda

2) How to absolutely turn off symbol 8800....?

Globally problem

3) Is there any known problems with connection this machine with pc? I tried it with a lot of PC (via serial cabel to com port) with a lot of active sync versions. Absollutely nothing - no activities on pc or pda...
