I have one of the above. Had it about 12 months. Got it from friend who bought it when they were current & never took it out of the box!! I had a new battery fitted and it has worked great ever since - till last night. I was using it plugged into charger and when finished turned it off and left on charge.

Today I cannot get any life at all out of it. Seems to be fully charged but whatever i press it will not turn on. Screen totally blank. I cannot believe the battery needs replacing again - or does it. Can anyone help as it has important info i need to access

There will be a reset hole in which you have to poke the stylus, give this a try and see if the device will power back up - you shouldn't lose any settings or data performing this action - known as a soft reset - Mike
