Help - Where have all the PDAs with built in GPS gone!!!

For five years the conservation charity I work for has been using Memory Map software combined with a GPS with built in PDA (Mio P168, P350, P360, P550) to map wildlife throughout the UK. We need to order some more of these but no one seems to have any in stock or anything like it! I've searched Mio, HP, Asus, Acer. Is it possible to buy a relatively cheap PDA with built in PDA that runs Memory Map????? Any one know of a model that's likely to be in stock somewhere? Any help would be very much appreciated!!!!

Look up CES list and email whether they have or not.
