Outlook PDA Syncron

I have a problem! If I take an all day lon event in Outlook and I turned the reminder off. After syncronisation (Active Sync) this item apear in my PDA, but it gets a 15 minutes reminder. So my PDA reminde me to the event at 23:45. How can I set the syncronisation? I need the same reminder like in Outlook.

On your PDA open Calendar, select Menu (bottom right) then Options and Appointments Tab. Untick Set reminders for new items.

You'll probably find 1st day of week is set to default Monday and week view 5-day week. Set these to your personal preferences.
