Unhappy PALM Vs Windows

Any advice please, I've been a pda user for several years and I'm about to buy the new HP iPAQ h6340 so that I have the phone built in and so I can connect to the net via wireless LAN.

But, is windows a patch on palm, the downloads seem far fewer and more expensive and I worry that the operating system will change so that I find compatability problems within months, we all know Billy Boy for making a quick buck.

PS. Any advice on where to buy this product, I can't find it on this site.

Thanks

I don't think it's launched in Europe yet ( if it ever will ) .
IMO Windows is much better than Palm on compatiblity and offering a familiar experience. I used Palm for several years before becoming a PPC user and do not regret the change. But like everything in life it's personal choice. Good luck with whichever you decide.
