Maps for Medion MDPNA 100

Hi all, just been given a Medion MDPNA 100 pocket pc & decided to try it out today. I set it up in the car & put a destination in, the only problem i found though is that the map seems to be a bit out of date as there are new 1 way roads where i live & it didn't recognise them ? Do i need to update the map, any help would be appreciated, cheers Bof.
