Motorola MC35

Was just wondering if anyone on the forum has purchased on of these models & is having any problems synchonising them with their e-mails. I can synchonise e-mail ok with PC but when I do it through my sim card I am unable to even start Active Sync & comes up with a message asking me to configure my settings but as far as im aware ive set everything up correctly.

The only thing I can think of is with some other PDA's or IPAQ's ive setup previously there is always an option within the settings to configure device to sync using Vodafone UK but I cant find it anywhere on the IPAQ.

Any ideas?
