Lg Lc8000

I have the PDA LG LC8000, producer LG CYON KOREA.
The PDA LC8000 has operating system - Windows Mobile 2003 version L2 1.00.156 KOR
Unfortunately, I do not have the USB cradle or USB cable.

Question :

1. Can I change this operating system onto WM 2003 english version ?
2. What signals are in pinout PDA LG LC8000 ? (24 pins)
3. Where can I buy the USB cradle or USB cable ? Or use a different USB cable from the mobile phone ? What mobile ?
