Sync TE2 with Outlook

I'm trying to sync my TE2 with outlook but so far all I'm managing is to raise my blood presure. Is there a way of telling the TE2 to sync with Outlook? The Palm software is already in the machine and everthing here works fine, but I prefer to use the Outlook Calendar to the Palm one. Can anyone help please.
