Default Newbie looking for a PDA

Hi all,
I am looking to buy a new PDA to replace a Typhoon Myguide 3500 mobile. I got this unit from a friend for nothing and bought a new battery for it a couple of years back. I have been using it since but i have now got a new laptop which runs on windows Vista premium. This old unit is not supported by this software and i cannot get the laptop to connect with the PDA. Therefore i am now looking to replace it with another. The thing is i`m not really looking for a new phone as i already carry a phone for work and a personal phone on a pay as you go (Orange) which i don`t really use as i us the work one. My work will not give me a PDA so i`m looking to get one myself. After using the Typhoon i found it fantastic for taking notes and saving them on my laptop as word docs.
So what i`m looking for is a unit which will connect to windows vista but doesn`t cost the earth to buy. I would consider a second hand unit as well or a reburb even.
Hope someone can help.

many thanks
Mick

Mick

The Dell X51 we sell will do exactly what you're looking for.

Buy Dell Axim X51 PDA

This will connect to Vista using Windows Mobile device centre.

Windows mobile 5 works with Vista. You should already have WMDC installed on your PC if you're using another PDA with it.

Hi Derekh.
Sorry if i miss led on the WMDC. The old PDA will not work on the WMDC i have on here which is why i am looking at another PDA. When i went to the windows help section it says that the software on my old PDA isn`t able to run on WMDC.
What i`m not sure about is weather it would have worked with WMDC 5 as windows website had me download 6. Sorry for being a pain.
