LOOX N520 GPS help

Hello good folks, Im a noob so be gentle.

I have a Fujitsu N520 and for the life of me I can't get the GPS to work. I've reset back to factory settings and even had a play around with the settings as recommended by others on various forums on google searchs but to no avail.... Im using the iGO 8 GPS software as a GPS program, but it always says that it cant find any GPS receiver...

Please help Im getting to my whits end here with this thing LOL...
