Navman PiN570 operating software

Having previously bought an Acer n35 from the guys here at www.totalpda.co.uk and then donated it to a friend, found recently I could have used it for marine charts.
So have replaced it with a Navman PiN570 however the Windows operating software is in German, which I can kinda get around but English would be better

Does anyone have lying around a Navman windows mobile/operating sys disk I could borrow & return. Hope I've put this in appropriate area

......Or can anyone confirm if the disk for the Acer n35 would work to change the language? ......Anyone?
