You can't download them you need to buy them. Which version of TomTom do you need them for?

Have seen maps of valencia to download [dont know where]

They (TomTom that is) are starting to release single country maps on SD card but at the moment theu are only available for TomTomGO...maps of Western Europe will be your best bet.
