Questions on h4150

I´ve been looking to buy a PDA that offers both Bluetooth and Wi-fi with a long battery life, the hp 4150 seems like a good choice, but i wanted to know a couple of things first:

1) Does it have a good on-screen keyboard for typing e-mails, etc?
2) I´ve heard that there are more applications for palm pdas, so i wanted to know if getting the HP will mean that apps will be scarce.
3) Can it run java applications?
4) gaming?
5) Can i use the IR to oparate tv, dvd, etc?
