Advice on which PDA (first purchase)

I'm looking for a PDA max price of £250.

The kind of things I am looking for are a colour screen,
preferably 400MHz,
can run java games/applets,
can act as an organiser with alarms etc.

It'd be nice if it had pop3 capability and net access, but not essential (even better if it doubled as a phone!).

...any suggestions?

Reiver there are a few options that you could look at.

The 2210 comes with 400 MHz Intel, also as standard bluetooth, so if you require web access you could like this up to a bluetooth phone.

If it does not have to be a 400Mhz CPU and the built in phone is more important, i would then recommend viewing the Jornada 928.
