| | | Beware of shirtpocket.co.uk Hi,
Just a note to say I am having to involve my VISA card company to try and recover funds from the above company.
They have a note on their website, giving apologies for delays but have not responded to any emails or phone calls for over a month now.
I am not trying to be inflamatory, just in case any legal eagles are listening in, but I would advise that if you want some new pda bits 'n' pieces, with delivery sometime in 2005, then try somewhere else.
Anybody know something that I don't about this company?

BUT PLEASE CHECK PAYMENT & SHIPPING OPTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.
(PLEASE NOTE: UK Debit Card Payment is FREE, but Credit Card/NoChex Payments OVER £160 are subject to a 2% processing fee)
IMPORTANT INFO : We are currently in the process of moving to a new location (Both a New Office and to a new higher capacity Server). As a result, you may have difficulty accessing the site/contacting us. We hope to have things back to normal by approx. 25/2/05 |

| | | Yeah, that has been a recent addition. Before the date was added, I had no clue what was happening with the company. OK so they said they were moving but 6 weeks with not so much as a 'sorry, mate, your stuff is getting sorted, bear with us?????'
i don't call that customer service. hopefully, now that they are on their feet, I can get my bits without having to follow up with VISA. |

| | | Atlast, a response from shirtpocket Well, folks, at last, the people from shirtpocket got in touch to apologise for the 'delay in their services'. ha, that's a laugh. and the response??? a refund of my money! however, if i would like to re-order blah blah blah...
so guess what, nope, i won't be re-ordering, think i'll try those nice folks at www.totalpda.co.uk instead.
happy tapping,
