2750 or 4700

Hi

Looking for a PDA for work and also sat nav/ speed cameras and maybe some fillms. Am split between the 4700 and 2750. Like the 4700 because of the screen but the 2750 because of the extra RAM. Is the RAM needed or is their sufficent in the 4700 for most things. I am a tacher and will mainly use for excel, making notes etc.

Can you add extra RAM?

It is not possible to add more RAM but you can add more external storage in the form of memory cards which work in a similar way.
