Major Help Needed

I'm new to the world of pda so i was wanting to know:
1. If pda's can go on pay as you go?
2. What is bluetooth????
3. How do they browse the internet and is it the same internet that we see on Desktop Computers?
4. I'm looking for a PDA which can give me MP3, Internet browesing, SMS, Videos and pictures (enable to see), and mabye digital camera. Also if they do all this what price would i pay for that

Bob only some PDA's have built in phones, like the Jornada, XDA 1-2, yes they can be used on pay as you go. Bluetooth in simple terms is technology that was designed to remove the need for cable links, it uses radio signals to send data back and forth. Bit like IR but it uses radio signals so can pass through walls does not need to be in line of sight. You can browse the internet via your PDA if you either have a integrated phone or via linking your PDA to a phone via Bluetooth or using WIFI, you can view normal web pages. I would recommend that you have a look at the XDA2.
