Advice needed.

Hi, I'm a newbie here and a newbie to the world of PDA's. I'm about to purchase a PDA for the first time and can't make up my mind to go for the Ipaq 4700 or 2750. I'm looking to browse the net use excel, outlook, play music and movies and use it for tom tom sat nav. If I purchase an amplified cradle for the PDA are the voice directions loud and clear? Should I consider bluetooth tom tom? It's a jungle out there and I'd like some impartial advice. Luckily I've got a decent budget to spend (sold my laptop) and I'd like the best.

Both the models you're looking at will do what you require. With an amplified mount your voice commands will be very loud and clear although in my opinion they are also loud and clear without one. Bluetooth TomTom is the most popular so is recommended.
