Through your iPAQs cradle, over Wifi, over Bluetooth or via Infrared?

You open Activesync on your desktop PC and go to TOOLS --> OPTIONS, and click the rules tab. Change the Pass Through option to "The Internet". and that should be it.

The rules tab pass through is set at The Internet.

I still can't gain access to check point to synchronize settings, overlay's etc. When I attempt to validate with my e-mail address and POIplace security code, a pop up screen tells me CheckPoint could not connect to the POIplace web site.

Do you access the internet through a proxy or a firewall?

Then you'll either need to diable it or allow the iPAQ to connect through it. I don't know how you will do this as it varies from firewall to firewall but if you either search online or contact the supplier/provider they should be able to sort you out.
