Ipaq 3955 Desktop Issue

I have an EVB program that I would like to add to my desktop for easy access. I tried going through the "Today" settings, but I am only allowed to add generic things like Outlook and Calendar. does anyone know how to program the Ipaq to display other applications on the desktop??
