Organisation Software & Recommended Utilities

I primarily purchased my Ipaq as a organisation tool, however after googling around and ploughing through these forums i understand that Agenda Fusion 7 is prob the way forward, is this THE tool that i would be recommended to obtain? Or in fact there may be a free one available somewhere that does a fine job too?

Lastly what utilites would be recommended to ensure clean & streamlined operation of my PDA either free or otherwise?

I would prefer free goodies but i dont mind paying if the software is worth it.
