Remove/unistall from PDA (palmOne Lifedrive)?

Hello to all. Newbie question - can someone tell me how to remove a program from my pda? I purchased my first pda a few days ago, went all-out and got a Lifedrive. I installed Avantgo on it and now would like to remove it as I wont be using it very often. I thought that uninstalling it from my pc would remove it from the pda after I synched but that didnt work. I guess i'm doing this all wrong. Help.

Go to the home screen and tap on the time in the top-left corner and select DELETE. You'll be taken to a page where you can remove software from the Lifedrive.
