Loading Software prolems - Help please

Hi all,

I have an Ipaq 3750 which seems to have developed a fault.

After running the battery flat I had to reload all my games and Tom tom navigator again.

when i try to load navigator it lets me get onto the choices page (on my PC) and when i try to install the program the littler message box just flashes a few times and then dissapears. then nothing more happens but the set up choices box re appears. when you close that it says do you want to abort.

when i tried to download the maps it said that it could not connect to the device.

I can transfer data across with active sync so the two are connected

I am very confused and wonder if any one has a solution
