What PDA SAT NAV to buy

We are looking for a PDA to fulfill the following functions:

To be used in a car in Britain as a sat nav system
To be used to maintain word documents that can later be down loaded to a PC.
Able to connect a key board (hopefully full size) as keeper of word docs touch types.

Any suggestions please for PDA, sat nav and keyboard.
