GPS connector help

Hi,
I have just won a gps on ebay ( Item number: 57836777290. it was meant to go with ipaqs 36 series onwards.
It has a PS/2 female connector which plugs into the cobined power lead. I bought this as a replacemnet for my 1900 series PDA but didn't realise the ps/2 plug was female.

I would like to know if I insert a ps/2 male adaptor will it work.

dont know the make which is why i posted the item number to see if anyone recognised it,

No idea mate, sorry. I suppose you can only try it with the adapter but I'm not sure if it'll work or not.
