How to format please

Hi all

I have been using my CF card in my camera and want to use it in my Ipaq for tomtom. But when I reboot the Ipaq it hangs. If I remove the CF card it reboots normally so I think I need to format the card. But I cant find any way of doing this on the Ipaq?

Can anyone help please?

you can format using:

Memory card reader, very handy if you use memory cards alot.
Download flash fromt http://www.cnetx.com/format/ and format from your PDA, might be hard for you if the PDA is locking up when the memory card is inserted.
