Wi-fi and cellular capabilities?

Does anyone know of any PDA which has the capability to be used as a cell phone and then use wi-fi to surf the net? I seen the Treos and they are nice but they can't be configured to use Wi-fi. I seen the Tungsten C and seen Palm offers wi-fi cards but they can't be used as a cell. I would like to get a PDA for use as a cell, email and internet device. If anyone knows of one which can handle all that, please let me know. Thanks

Thanks for your help. I do like the ipaq but I see its only for Cingular and T-mobile. I am locked into a contract with verizon. I did see that enfora sells a wi-fi adapter for the treo 650 which I heard is a good pda but does not have wireless built in like the ipaq. Have you heard anything about the treo 650/enfora combination working well? Thanks

I haven't I'm afraid. Are you in the US? We are in the UK and the 6340 we seel isn't locked to any network.
