Help me buying PDA?

Hi!! i have bought palm t3 few mths ago and now i wanted to buy new one on which i can run tomtom and while going thru i come to know that it will run on OS pocket pc and window mobile and i don't know which to buy either of OS which is better....
secondly which pda to buy , i need help in both as pda and as navigator.....kindly help....
