Question IR Connection problem

Hi All,

First time user so hopefully on the right forum.
I have a Mio168 and succesfully been connecting to the internet via my mobile using IR port.
I resently installed ISP onspeed software to speed up my internet connection and the program deleted my connection details. OK no problem I re setup the modem connection / via native IrDa etc.
However since then the IR port has never connected to my mobile (Sony K700i) It tries to connect 2 times then shows an error report.
Any ideas? has my IR port been disabled?
It works as I can send contact to my PDA

Thanks

Graeme

Welcome to our forums.
Its not been disabled if its still working. Have you removed the onspeed software?

Try a hard reset. Thats the last resort.
