Best Pda In The Market!!!!!???

This my friends is the Sony Clie TH55. It includes a camera, memory stick slot, huge screen, microphone, speaker, Wi-Fi B, 40 MB RAM, USB cable, and a whole crapload of features. I use to have the TH55 but now I am looking for something new. Can anyone suggest something that is powerfull, full of features etc. price does not matter anywhere from 500 - 900 american. I am going to be using it daily literally.

I ned the following definitely in it.

Windows compatible (to connect it to my computer)
Camera
Wifi
Memory Slot
HUGE SCREEN ( I use to watch movies on my TH55 using 1 GB memory sticks)
