What GPS device are you using?
Does TTN5 say its got a connection with your GPS device?
Have you tried the 5.10 patch?

There's the TomTom receiver option or the custom settings, have you tried both?

Other Cable NMEA allows you to select custom settings.

I am having the same problem. I am using a Road Angel Classic connected to my HP5450 with TT5. I have tried the various options in custom settings, and have also downloaded 5.10 patch. Nothing makes any difference. It all works fine, so I am not too bothered, as I can alter the display on the Road Angel to show how many sats are in view. However, as the TT works I dont bother. However if any one does come up with a fix it would be good to resolve.
