Running more than one program TT5 and speed monitoring software

Would like to run TT5 and a seperat speed detection software - found links in the forum yesterday for a program that lets you run 2 programs at once and another link for a peice of software that lets you monitor your speed etc and im sure it was free to down load, cant find them anymore - can any one help??
