Unhappy Removing a PDA profile

Hi First Time poster here and like most i'm after some help.

The company i work for has just started getting people involved with varous PDA's though most of them wouldn't have a clue on using them.

What i need to do is strip the software off of a machine and re-instal it. I read somewhere that the Active Sync system creates a Profile in Outlook. How do i go about removing this profile so that when i connect a new one it doesn't cause problem's?

Thansk for any help...
