Hello,
A friend of mine has just purchased a car which was imported from japan, and the the sat nav needs reprogramming does anybody have any ideas please.

Welcome to our forums.
It will probably require a new DVD/CD from the car dealer. If there is a dealer in the UK then contact them for advice.
