Synchronizing Palm III to Outlook

Hi everyone

I have a Palm III which has given up life! I have a complete backup on my pc and would like to understand how to synchronize this onto Outlook 2000 as I have bought a HP Ipaq Pocket Pc to replace the Palm. On the palm website it mentions Pocket Mirror software by Chapura which should have come with the Palm when I originally purchased it - it didn't!
Any ideas?
