PDA Advise

Hello, Ive been tasked with purchasing a PDA for our CEO. Im not really upto speed on everything that is available out there so I thought Id ask here. Would like it to have the following specs:

400+ mhz
64MB Built-in Storage
CF/SD Card slots
GPS Built-In
Bluetooth Technology w/ Bluetooth Earpiece
Windows Mobile 2003 OS

Can anyone suggest a nice PDA?
