Best PDA Phone

I currently have an IPAQ 4150 with TOM TOM 3 sat nav and a sony ericsson p910i phone on orange , and am looking to replace both with a combined PDA phone , has anyone any tips or recomendations , was looking at the Orange SPV 2000 but I have read about lots of problems with it and sat nav?

have just just purchased the qtek s110, using with tomtom nav 5 and fortuna slim bt gps, after a bit of fun setting up the bt gps with the pda (was me being silly) i have to say i am extremly pleased!

i was using tomtom mobile 5 with nokia symbian 60 was also great but now my phones my pda as well.

p.s. qtek is also available as i-mate jam 128
