pda for newbie looking to play links golf

looking for a pda to do the standard contacts,things to do etc.but also play links golf and mp3s.i have seen pocket pc links on the web but only in america can you get it in the uk and if so what pda do you advise for the above req.wifi is not important to me.all advice welcome.
