run Tomtom5 from my CF card?

First post - Hi to all. Just bought new iPAQ 2410 with Tomtom 5 pre-installed on an SD card. I have copied tomtom 5 from my SD card onto my 1gb cf card and want to run tomtom from the cf card. Firstly is it possible to run tt5 from the cf card?
I've tried >file explorer>cf card> tt5 (copy)> all the files appear to be there but when I try to tap on what appears to be the tomtom exe file nothing happens.
If I can run tomtom from my cf card can someone please tell me what to do please?
Or do I need to buy an SD card to copy onto then run from that?

I hope this makes sence to someone, your help is much appreciated.

Welcome to our forums.
I think what you need is a card reader connected to your PC. You can then copy the contents from the SD card to the CF. Im not sure doing it through FILE EXPLORER on the PDA will copy all the files correctly but it will work from a CF card if copied correctly.
