HP iPAQ rz1710

I have a HP iPAQ rz1710 and using Tom Tom 5 in car which works brilliantly. I would like to use the iPAQ when out walking, does anyone know if it's possible to obtain a powered satellite antenna, similar to the Tom Tom one used in the car please?
