Default what to go for?

Hi,

Hopefully and the end of this month i'll be combining my phone and ipaq in one. What should i go for? I'll be leaving orange so other networks aint a problem.

Should i go for i-mate, qtek, o2 or t mobile versions is there any difference. The models i really like are:

i-mate jam
i-mate k jam

qtek s110
qtek 9100

plus the mobile networks version of these models.

i would like the 9100 with the keyboard but is it to big? Also i still wanna use tomtom 5 on whatever i get so would this be a problem? I have a tomtom wired gps receiver and i'm aware that I will more than likey have to get a bluetooth one instead so that aint a prob, but will tomtom work ok on it etc etc....

any advice/help would help me out no end

cheers
