Decent PDA with 'Real' Keyboard!

Hi
I'm after a good PDA with a real k/bd not a 'soft' one, I need bluetooth and Wifi and the ability to link with my PC and Outlook. I need to run applics like word, excell, powerpoint and a pdf reader. Also need it to be a phone. I have a budget of around £400 ish!
Any assistance very gratefully appreciated
