Default NAVMAN 300 PiN cannot see street level

Hi, I have just purchased a 'bargain' but can't get it to work. I have installed the ActiveSync and some of the UK maps. The GPS seems to be working well but I can only get 'Base Level' mapping. Street level just insn't available. The UK maps had a 'pre-activated Map Product Key' as far as I can tell. The maps are on the SD but the system does not seem to be accessing them for street level details and hence other map view options. Can anyone help? Thanks.

With a Pin 300 the full street level stuff is on the CD I think.

The Storage card only has european major roads on. You need to install the detailed maps from the CDs.

I got one of these units. The CDs were missing from the pack. Contacted the supplier (not Total PDA) who told me there were a batch from Navman with the CDs missing and the arranged for the CDs to be sent out and I got them 3 days later. If your CDs are missing then contact the supplier.
